1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Navi website and our digital audio tour products (“Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Digital Product and Delivery

Navi provides a digital audio-guided walking tour. After payment, access is delivered via a unique link sent to the email address you provide (“Access Link”). You are responsible for providing a valid email address and keeping the Access Link confidential.

3. Access Period

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, each purchase provides access to the Service for 48 hours. The access period begins when the customer first activates the tour and expires automatically at the end of the applicable access window.

Each Access Link is intended for use on a single device only. Simultaneous use of the same Access Link on multiple devices is not permitted.

Customers exploring together may listen using shared headphones connected to one device. If separate devices are required, an additional purchase must be made for each device.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. Payment is a one-time charge; no subscription is created unless explicitly stated. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (for example, Stripe).

5. Consumer Rights and Refund Policy

The Service is a digital product delivered electronically. Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal for digital content, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose the right to withdraw once delivery/performance begins.

If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue (for example, resending the Access Link or providing alternative access). Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the issue.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including audio, text, branding, design, and any accompanying materials, is owned by Navi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

8. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Walking tours involve typical travel and outdoor risks. You are responsible for your own safety and must use appropriate caution, follow local laws, and pay attention to surroundings (traffic, weather, road conditions, closures, and signage). The Service is informational and does not replace your judgment.

Route instructions are provided for convenience only. Users remain responsible for choosing a safe path, observing traffic regulations, and assessing local conditions at all times.

9. Historical Information and Local Legends

The Service is intended for educational, cultural, and entertainment purposes. While reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented, the content should not be considered an academic publication, professional historical research, legal advice, or an authoritative historical source.

Historical events, dates, interpretations, and descriptions may be subject to scholarly debate and differing opinions. Certain stories, anecdotes, and narratives included in the tour are based on local traditions, folklore, legends, or commonly accepted historical accounts and may not represent verified historical fact.

The appearance, accessibility, and condition of locations, landmarks, buildings, routes, and viewpoints may change over time. Navi does not guarantee that all locations, views, or features described in the tour will remain available or unchanged.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time, including content and features. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Navi shall not be responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, historical interpretations, folklore, legends, or changes to locations and points of interest described in the Service.

12. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your place of residence may still apply where required by law.
