The Navi route finishes in Toompea, Tallinn's Upper Town. From here, continue to the viewing platforms before walking back down for dinner.

From Toompea, you can see the Old Town's red-tiled roofs, medieval towers, church spires, the modern city centre and the sea in the distance.
Visit the viewpoints later in the day when the light is softer. Take your time, walk between the platforms and wait for a quieter moment to take photographs.
